Below are some things that we suggest you consider when placing your bulk order for your school population.

What size is right for students?

For the most part the small size will fit every student just fine and it is the most convenient size to fit in most environments.
In your higher grades there may be some who request a larger space based on height and/or weight so it is good to get a few of the medium or large spaces for those situations.

What size is right for online teaching faculty and staff?

It is important to consider the needs of the teachers and their individual circumstances. For the most part, we recommend either the medium or large space. Where students pop in and out of classes it’s likely your teachers are going to be spending long amounts of time in these spaces and it’s important they don’t feel like they are in a tight space. Many of the teachers we’ve seen use them also like to stand up while they teach and so that is one reason you may want to consider the large space. If they are in a very small apartment like living situation they may request a small space. So for this one we recommend ordering bigger while ordering a few small spaces for the special circumstances.

Customization is not an option at this time. We only have small white spaces in stalk available and ready to ship. Using a official school accounts will help you get them tax free.

With bulk orders over 500, you can customize things like the color of your Smart Space as well as trim color, custom logo on the front or back panel (surcharge).

If you have less than 500 spaces, white is the only option available at this time. 500 + spaces will also take around 3 months to be delivered to you, so please keep that in mind.

If you choose to your head quarters they will come in bulk and you will be responsible to get them to each student. If you choose directly to student we will be happy to set that up but want you to know we will not be assisting in reclamation, you will need an in house process in place to reclaim them if the students leave the school.
